FAQs on Ateneo Junior High School Admissions

1.  Our school started classes in July and we just completed/have not completed our first grading period.  What if my Grade 6 report card is not yet available by the deadline for submitting application forms?
You may submit the photocopy of your Grade 6 report card to the AJHS Office of Admission and Scholarships as soon as your report card is released.
2.  What is the Learner Reference Number?
The LRN or Learner Reference Number is a 12-digit number assigned by the Department of Education to each student as he goes through the basic education program.  It is kept by the student even if he transfers to another school.  The LRN can usually be found on the top portion of a student’s report card or Form 138.
3.  What should I bring for the exam?
You just need to bring the exam permit issued to you by the AJHS Office of Admission and Scholarships.  Pencils and scratch paper will be provided during the exam.
You will not be allowed to bring cellphones, bags, snacks, smartwatches, calculators to the exam venue.   There are water fountains in the exam venue.
4.  What should I do if I am sick on the day of the exam?
If you are sick or not feeling well on the day of the exam, please inform the AJHS Office of Admission and Scholarships.  You will be asked to submit a medical certificate and will be re-scheduled to take the exam on another date.
