Representing the Philippines, Ateneo Junior High School mathlete Jimbo Bernardo of La Storta/10-Garnier won a gold medal and was named overall champion of the 3rd International Junior Math Olympiad (IJMO) grade 9 division. AJHS mathlete Jimbo Bernardo of La Storta/10-Garnier received a gold award for the Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad (HKIMO) heat round held last June 2, 2019. Bernardo also achieved a Philippine Ranking of #2 (tying with three other students) and a global ranking of #4  (tying with five other students).
