Matti Tan & Julia Ocoma
The team of Julia Ocoma (11-Favre) & Matti Tan (10-Mayer) emerged as the grand champion of Fast Forward, a high school advanced debate and adjudication boot camp. The prestigious tournament was hosted by the UP Debate Society at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City from April 22-24, 2017. AJHS debaters David Africa, CJ Carlos, and Matthew Varona- all from Pamplona/10-Mayer-  emerged as champions of the Extractive Industries Invitational Debate (EIID) last April 17, 2017. After transferring from David Hall to the Pre-fab classrooms, the Grade 9 batch has finally found a home in the AJHS campus. And what better way to celebrate this than with the tradition of a Batch Night in their new home?
