Biography:
Governor Agbayani has been a public servant for 17 years first as an Assemblyman then, as Vice Governor, Governor and Congressman of Pangasinan. He also taught in the Ateneo Business Management Department for at least ten years. During his term as Governor, he had implemented successful programs in agriculture, infrastructure, health and population management, among others.
Education:
Governor Agbayani completed his Master in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the University of the Philippines. He is also a licensed civil engineer.
