Lipad: The ASMPH Class of 2015 Board Send-off
The Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health (ASMPH) community, joined by parents and friends of the board-takers, told Batch 2015 that they are ready for the Philippine Licensure Examinations as Pugad Agila Send-off 2015: Lipad took place last August 8, 2015.

The send-off commenced with a Novena Mass presided by Fr. Vic de Jesus, SJ at the Chung Te Auditorium. He spoke about the duty to lead others into knowing God as ministers of healing. This was followed by dinner and a program that included motivational videos from mentors, professors, administrative staff, Pugad Agila volunteers and members of the student body.
Featured speakers were ASMPH Dean Manuel Dayrit and Associate Dean Ma. Luz Querubin.
On behalf of Batch 2015, Danica Pasia expressed gratitude to all the people who supported them in their dream of becoming physicians. She reminded her batch mates that amidst the exhaustion, they should be reminded of everything that they’ve been through— victories and hurdles they had to conquer in the last five years to be where they are now. At this point in their lives, they are only a few more steps to becoming doctors driven to make a change.

This year’s send-off was a special one since it was Batch 2015 that pioneered the school’s Pugad Agila — the school organization dedicated to help board takers. Pugad Agila also embodies the Ignatian value of magis — to do and give more. This year’s send- off was also a reminder that love comes back to those who give it.
With this in mind, we shout with one voice: One boards. One Take. One 2015!”
