Haygood including some of the the city government's department heads and staff.

With this agreement, the School will be bringing the MPM program to Vigan City which is intended for the LGU's personnel with varying levels of learning needs in the area of local governance. The School's faculty and their respective courses will mentor these students to develop their core competencies in leadership and public service while allowing a more focused attention to the vision and concerns of their city.
