It features insights from international and local experts based on evidence and experience of other countries. Using multidisciplinary lens, this report presents different perspectives (e.g. health, legal, social, etc.) and various approaches in addressing the country’s problem on illegal drugs. It also presents recommendations and insights that could aid the public to have a more informed appreciation of the complex landscape of the anti-drug campaign and contribute to the increased accountability across various police units and local governments.
