Measurement of academic regalia
Rental of academic regalia is P700.00/set. A deposit of P1,500.00 is required and refundable upon its immediate return after the graduation ceremonies.

Graduation Briefing
Run through of the commencement flow
Practice singing of Song for Mary
 
Release of graduation kit
Pay your share of P2,000.00 for graduation expenses and diploma fee of P1,278.50
Note: Each graduate will be issued 3 tickets for their guests. Graduates who wish to invite more guests will be allowed to have 3 additional guests at P300.00 each.
 
ASoG Alumni and Students Assoc. Membership
Lifetime membership of P2,000.00 (alumni and candidates for graduation)
Annual membership of P500.00 (for students)
Note: Please wear collared shirt (for male) and formal blouse (for women) for your ID picture. Membership ID will be issued after your picture has been taken.
