Human Resource Office Coordinator

The Human Resource Office Director (HRO) acts as liaison between the unit and the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO). He assists the Headmaster in the following specific areas of school operations pertaining to faculty and staff: recruitment and hiring, training and development, performance management and rewards, attendance monitoring and timekeeping, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and well- being, career path and succession planning, records and database management, school visitors program and tracking.

The HRO is appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Headmaster for a period of three years, renewable for additional terms of three years.
