1. Secure the dorm application form at the
Residence Halls office in Cervini Hall, Ateneo Loyola
Heights campus. Application fee is Php 500.

2. Fill up and submit the completed form and
requirements to the Residence Halls office.

3. Approval is on a first-come, first-served basis. Two
batches of female and male upperclassmen will be
admitted, the first one in June 2008 and the
second in July 2008.
