Dr. Raphael Guerrero is the coordinator of the Photonics Laboratory.  His interests are on volume holography, elastomer gratings, Bessel beams, and biomimetics.   He has taught most of the physics subjects.  He is the chair of the Graduate Committee. Dr. Guerrero serves as members of DOST's technical Panel on Photonics.  He also served as President of the Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas (SPP) from 2009 to 2010.
