SUBJECT : Medical Facilities Providing Online Consultation
Our need for medical consultation during the COVID-19 outbreak has become a challenge even for non-COVID related illnesses. In case you will need to consult a doctor, the following medical facilities are providing online consultation free of charge:

· E-Consult can only cater to patients with non-emergency, non-urgent medical cases. · E-Consult is NOT recommended for patients that require examinations or diagnostic procedures that can only be performed in-person by a physician. · The patient must have an internet connection & able to use the eConsult platform effectively to communicate with the doctor. · Doctor's Assessment, Advice, Recommendation and Prescription is based on all the information shared by the patient during the consultation |

Members of the AdMU Health Care Program under Lacson and Lacson Insurance Brokers, Inc. (LLIBI) may file for reimbursement for the charges incurred for online consultation. Kindly request a medical certificate with diagnosis/findings from the doctor and have it sent to your email account. Members may submit the soft copy of the medical certificate, prescription (if applicable), and proof of payment to Ms. Suzanne Melaya (OHRMOD) at smelaya@ateneo.edu.
