Single or double
deck with mattress (basic sheets may be provided and washed

Individual
closets with ample size & space for hanging clothes, etc. |

6. FIRE CONTROL |
Existence of a
fire extinguisher, fire alarm, or a fire exit. |

7. PEACE & ORDER |
Immediate
neighborhood must be sage (no or minimal robberies, etc.) |

written agreement between the lessor and/or the lessee. |

The housing
facility must have the following minimum rules and regulations:
a) curfew
b) visiting hours
c) study period (
a time of silence so others can study, or a quiet study area) |

DISPOSAL |
Existence of
trash baskets and regular collection of garbage. |

Well aerated
rooms with windows. |

13. LAUNDRY
SERVICE |
Washing machine,
a washing lady service to the boarders, or a nearby laundromat. |

14. TELEPHONE |
Presence of a
telephone for boarder’s use. |
|
|

15. UTILITY
PEOPLE |
Maintenance
personnel assigned to clean, at the least, the public places of the
non-private rooms regularly. |

16. COOKING
FACILITIES |
Cooking
facilities like stove available to boarders who so wish to cook
their own food. |
