TRAFFIC/PARKING VIOLATIONS
When a student violates Campus Traffic/Parking Violations, the security personnel who witnesses the violation will issue 2 copies of the Violation Ticket; one copy will be kept by the guard while the other copy will be given to the student.
Guidelines in Settling a Traffic/Parking Violation:
1. Once the Violation Ticket is issued, the student is given 24 hours to report to the Office of the
Associate Dean for Student Affairs.
2. If the student is able to pay the fine corresponding to the violation, he/she is given a charge
slip and directed to pay to the Cashier.
3. If the student does not have enough money to pay the corresponding fine for his/her violation,
he/she is gien the whole of the semester to settle the account.
4. Failure to settle the account within the semester will merit a Hold Order for the student’s
Exam Permit.
The accumulation of three or more Violation Tickets constitutes a Major Offense and may merit severe consequences.
Steps When Applying for Guard's Temporary Parking Permit (GTPP) (VALID FOR ONLY TWO HOURS):
1. Upon entry on campus show proof of identification and surrender ID or license.
2. Get and fill-up GTPP form, submit to guard on duty at the West Car Park.

#4, if not, jump to #5).
4. Proceed to Office of Associate Dean for Student Affairs before GTPP lapses.
5. Retrieve surrendered ID and return GTPP form to guard on duty.
* The guard will surrender at the end of the week GTPP forms received for recording purpsoses at the Office of the Associate Dean for Student Affairs
