Office for Social Concern and Involvement
Bellarmine Hall
Ext. 5090, 5091
The Office for Social Concern and Involvement (OSCI) is responsible for providing experiential education such as exposure trips, immersion, political awareness, and disaster assistance, as a means to realize in the Atenean the “person for others” and the future catalyst of change, most especially in Philippine society. It ensures the thorough implementation of the PRAXIS Program, the Theology 141 immersion program (4th year), and the Civic Welfare Training Service and the Literacy Training Service of the National Service Training Program. The OSCI establishes and maintains links with non-government organizations, people’s organizations and local government units to provide activities that heighten social awareness inside the campus.
