I am pleased to welcome you to our website.

The Leadership & Strategy Department offers state-of-the-art courses on leadership and general management, organizational communication and behavior, human resource development, the local, regional and global business environments, strategy formulation and implementation, business ethics and social responsibility and related business topics.

The Deparment's mission is to deliver cutting-edge courses responsive to society's needs for business strategy, leadership and human resources management, set in the contemporary themes of globalization and liberalization.

We seek to mold Ateneo management students to become exemplary leaders of corporations, government, non- government organizations and entrepreneurial companies who nurture a people-oriented culture, a principle-centered spirit and a strategic global mind-set rooted in the ASEAN and Philippine context.
