Healthy Family Meetings in 4th JGSOM Business Round Table
The Department of Leadership and Strategy sponsored another successful Family Business Round Table with the theme "Conducting Healthy Family Meetings" last 30 June 2004 at the Meeting Room of Rockwell Club in Makati.

(47) participants attended the discussion led Fr. Teodulo Gonzales, SJ.
It is interesting to note that some of them came as a family. According to
Ms. Anna Galvez, Assistant to the Dean – John Gokongwei School of
Management, "This is a good development since members of the same family
will be able to listen and discuss together…they learn together [which]
helps in establishing open communication." After Fr. Gonzales'
address, there was an open forum where participants not only asked
questions, but also shared their own experiences.

of Management, the Family Business Round Table (formerly known as the Family
Business Breakfast Forum) aims to foster healthy professional and
personal relationships among members of family-owned businesses. The round
table was launched in 20 September 2003 as an offshoot of the 3rd
Business Leadership Forum entitled "It Runs in the Blood: Unlocking
the Secrets of Successful Family Businesses."
