Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD)Formerly the Human Resources Center (HRC), the Ateneo Center for Organization, Research and Development (CORD) was established in 1974 by the Department of Psychology as a manifestation of a felt responsibility to translate theoretical knowledge of human behavior into applicable tools for effective human resource development in organizations and communities.
It is the practical application arm of the Psychology Department in Industrial-Organizational (IO) and Social Psychology. As such, it is the venue where IO and Social Psychology faculty and graduate students apply their knowledge in the fields of training, organization development, social research and community action.
Our vision is to be a Center of Excellence for Strategic Human Resource Management in the Philippines and South East Asia.
Our mission is to improve the effectiveness of organizations and the quality of life of employees through training, research and consulting.
- - We develop the HR competencies of practitioners and managers through our graduate, diploma and certificate programs.
- We add knowledge in human resource management through our applied and scholarly research.
- We assist organizations in developing and implementing Organization Development (OD) strategies.As the practice arm of the Ateneo Psychology Department in Social and Organizational Psychology, our high-caliber consultants are grounded both in theory and practice.
