GUIDELINES FOR COVERAGE:
1. To request permission for entry of media for event coverage, interviews, photo or video shoots, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with copies to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Please be informed that media will not be allowed entry into the campus by our Security personnel in Gate 3 unless the proper clearance protocol has been followed. A two-day notice is required to allow ample time for coordination and the securing of the necessary permissions .
2. For the Units/Offices/Departments requesting UCPRO for event coverage, please fill out and submit the signed Job Request form for Editorial to Rm 203, Faber Hall c/o Ms. Pao Hermida. The form may be downloaded from ateneo.edu/ucpro. Please allow at least 48 hours lead time for proper scheduling.
