Fill up the form and submit along with background material (short write up of the event plus a JPEG of the event poster) on the event to be covered through any of the following channels:
a. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com (with digital signature)
b. Fax form to 376-9422
c. Or drop it off at the University Communication and Public Relations Office at 2F Faber Hall right beside Xavier Hall; look for Ms. Pao or Ms. Julie
Wait for the confirmation and approval of your job request
1. Please submit your request form at least ONE WEEK prior the event.
2. Please indicate if the coverage request is for the university website and university Facebook/Twitter only or also for outside media.
