What sort of
announcements can be posted?

Priority
is given to announcements from Central Administration
and the Administrations of the three Loyola campus
units (Loyola Schools, AGS, AHS.)

If space is available, announcements from other offices
or centers on the Loyola campus will also be accepted.
How
long will the announcement stay posted?

The
announcement will stay posted for a maximum of seven
(7) days before the actual event, on BOTH faces of
the billboard. The Physical Plant reserves the right
to remove an ad before the maximum posting time is
reached if an urgent announcement needs to be posted
(eg. Suspension of Classes). A post that has been
removed due to an emergency announcement will be returned
to the message board free of charge, if still timely.
How
much will it cost to post an announcement?

The
cost of an announcement is ten pesos (PhP 10.00) per
letter.

This
covers labor and electrical costs.

Emergency
announcements (e.g. Suspension of Classes) will be
posted free of charge.

Properly filled
up request form, with BT request or cash payment included.

For planned
events, request must be placed at least two (2) working
days before the announcement is to appear.

Announcements
must be approved by the Office/Administrator designated
by the Unit Head prior to submission of the request.
