Ateneo Law School posts highest Bar exam passing rate

The Ateneo Law School (ALS) posted the highest passing rate in the in 2018 Bar Examinations, according to data from the Supreme Court.

A total of 177 ALS graduates or 86.76% passed the bar exams. Of these, 158 were first-time takers, yielding a first-timer passing rate of 88.76%. The school also posted the highest passing rate in Legal Ethics and Practical Exercises (96.57%).

ALS graduate and class valedictorian Sean James Borja topped the exams, with a passing grade of 89.306%.  Two other ALS graduates ranked in the top 10: Daniel John Fordan and Katrina Monica Gaw. Fordan and Gaw placed 4th and 5th place, respectively.
