LS Revised Final Oral Defense Deadline and Schedule of Comprehensive Examinations Part II for Intersession Term SY 2022-2023

In view of Proclamation 2, s. 2022 declaring July 9, 2022 as a regular holiday in observance of the Eid’l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), we would like to inform you of the following revised schedule for this Intersession Term SY 2022-2023:

• Final Thesis/Dissertation/Capstone Project Oral Defense deadline - 11 July 2022
  • The deadline for the following will stay the same as indicated in the June 23, 2022 memo:
    • Grade submission by the Departments/Programs - 13 July 2022 
    • Dean’s approval - July 21, 2022, 5 pm
    • ADGP’s approval - July 23, 2022, 12 nn
• Part 2 of the Comprehensive Examinations - 16 July 2022 (8:00 am to 12 noon)
  • Departments/Programs may also accommodate students who prefer to take the Part 2 earlier than July 16 due to previous commitments.
  • Deadline for Submission of Results by the Departments/Programs - 26 July 2022
