Subject: UODI Report 2021-2022

In compliance with section 25.3 of the Code of Decorum and Administrative Rules on Sexual Harassment, Other Forms of Sexual Misconduct, and Inappropriate Behavior [Code and Rules], please find attached the Report on formal complaints and informal reports received and processed by the University Committee on Decorum and Investigation and the Schools Committee on Decorum and Investigation from June 2021 to May 2022.
