While the Loyola Schools will not be directly affected by the activity on those days, the traffic situation would expectedly be quite a challenge then and might disrupt class schedules.
I would like to recommend that faculty members arrange for online delivery of classes that lend towards this mode much more easily. We are talking here largely of Wednesdays – 3-hour classes. The lab classes and other types of classes that require students to be physically on campus have to be arranged carefully to consider the traffic situation on those days. Hence this early enough announcement for faculty to be able to arrange matters in their syllabi judiciously in consultation with their students.
Please be guided accordingly.
