Subject : Official List of Registered Student Organizations for SY 2022-2023

Republic Act No. 8049 as amended by Republic Act No. 11053 (the “Anti-Hazing Act of 2018”) requires all existing fraternities, sororities, and other organizations otherwise not created or organized by the school but which have existing members who are students or plan to recruit students to be their members to register with the proper school authorities before they conduct activities whether on or off-campus, including recruitment of members.

The Loyola Schools Office of Student Activities congratulates the following organizations for successfully completing the registration process as required by law.

If your student group submitted complete registration documents but is not included in this list, please contact the Office of Student Activities immediately. Please look for Ms. Patricia Lero or send an email to osa.ls@ateneo.edu.

All Registered organizations intending to apply for accreditation and thereby undergo the SOAR Process and those whose accreditation status is ending by the end of the school year 2022-23 must write a letter of intent addressed to the OSA Director. This Letter must be submitted on or before 11 November 2022. (For more information on the SOAR Process, please visit go.ateneo.edu/osa-soar)

Student groups and organizations who are not on this list must immediately cease from organizing student activities. Failure to comply will merit disciplinary action on the students involved.
