Reminder to Submit Acknowledgement Form Compliance with RA 9165 - Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (LS ADSA memo)

A memo was released last August 10, 2022 by the Office of the Vice President of the Loyola Schools informing students about the School’s compliance with Republic Act No. 9165, also known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” in the conduct of its authorized random drug testing among its students.

This is to remind all concerned First to Third Year students, who have not yet submitted their Acknowledgement Form, to do so in compliance with the OVPLS memo, and with RA 9165 by willfully participating whenever selected for Random Drug Testing.

The deadline for the submission of the Acknowledgement form is on Saturday, 11 February 2023.

Please note that a Hold Order will be put in place for students who have not submitted by then. Please be reminded that one parent needs to co-sign the reply form.

For those who have already submitted, there is no need to do so again.
