Brief Description of the Topic:
Many Filipinos suffered mentally because of the pandemic. Many experienced the death of a loved one. The presenter experienced the death of a best friend for more than 50 years, an aunt who is a doctor on the father's side, aunt who is a doctor on the mother's side, two cousins, one male who is obese and one female who has cancer, and another friend. The purpose of his talk is to share the stages of grieving and share tools and theories that can be applied to help people cope with the grieving process.
