We are cordially inviting you to the third installment of the Policy and Governance of Sustainable Food Systems webinar series entitled “Perspectives on Sustainable Water for Food Security, Health and Nutrition."
The webinar aims to open conversations and raise awareness on the crucial importance of water for food systems, sustainable agriculture and aquaculture development, Sanitation and hygiene. The webinar will be a platform for the discussion of the challenges, and share experiences in these areas from the academe and the civil society sectors. The webinar also seeks to review key policies, reflect on best practices, and identify opportunities to improve water management and sanitation in the country. This is needed to empower the small-scale agri-fishery sector to develop and strengthen themselves as stakeholders in Philippine society.
The webinar, which will be on 19 September 2023, Tuesday, at 2:00 – 4:00 PM (Philippine time), will feature the following speakers:
