Since the establishment of the collection, ALiWW participated in various events that promoted women’s works. The archive remains committed to providing a space to celebrate the different endeavours of women in the Philippines and beyond.
- Lecture series on Philippine Vernacular Literature (since 1996)
- The Carmencita Chuidan Delgado Memorial Lectures on Filipino Women of Achievements (2000-2002)
- Events within and outside of Women’s Month
- A Book Exhibit and publication of a Bibliography of Filipiniana Books on Women’s Studies in the Rizal Library and the Gender Studies Committee (1997-2001)
- An Art Exhibit and Lecture on Philippine Visual Art by Women, co-sponsored by the Art Gallery and the Gender Studies Committee (since 1998)
