How can I consult online?

• Click the BluPHR Logo or Go to the BluPHR website through this link: https://lsohs.bluphr.ph/
• Sign-in using your Ateneo OBF Account.
• Go to the dashboard, click the book appointment icon and choose your preferred schedule.
• Our Nurses will pre-screen all patients for verification and information gathering then direct to the doctor’s on duty within 24 hours of receiving a request. You may be contacted by the nurse through email or through your contact number for verification.
• Diagnosis, medication and health education and counseling will be done through the OBF email, Google Chat or when necessary, through Google Meet or BluPHR system.

If you have any difficulties with booking you may also request booking assistance through regular email to healthservices.ls@ateneo.edu.

Can I get a prescription?

• Yes, Online doctors can write prescriptions and prescription refills. We will electronically send your prescription via your OBF email account.

Can I report emergency or urgent care situations?

• Online consultations do not cover urgent situations or emergencies. For more critical concerns, you will have to consult your primary healthcare provider.

What are the clinic schedules?

• For online consultation we are open during Monday to Friday - 8:00am-7:00pm Saturday - 8:00am-4:00pm, Sunday Closed

Is my consultation private?

• Yes, Loyola School Office of Health Services is committed to ensuring that your personal information shared over our Site and/or Services is protected and kept confidential.

Can outside the Ateneo community may consult?

• No, on booking for consultation only person with an OBF or Ateneo email can proceed for consultation

Is there any consultation fee?

• There are no consultation fees though our services are limited to members of the community.
