Guidance Related to COVID-19

The Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Schools have transitioned most of its operations remotely in consideration of the safety and wellness of its students, faculty, and staff members. All services of the Loyola Schools Office of the Registrar are conducted online. In-person services are suspended until further notice.

Liaison Services

The Loyola Schools Office of the Registrar liaises with various government agencies for the authentication/ verification of student records, coordination for the submission and approval of curricula, and other reportorial requirements. Government agencies the office liaise with include the following:
    Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
    Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
    Bureau of Immigration (BI)
    Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC)
    Civil Service Commission (FCSC)
Liaison services specifically include the Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV) services of documents, particularly, the Transcript of Records and Certified True Copy of the Diploma of student/ alumni by submitting these documents to CHED and DFA via an accredited third-party service provider.
