Guidance Related to COVID-19

The Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Schools have transitioned most of its operations remotely in consideration of the safety and wellness of its students, faculty, and staff members. All services of the Loyola Schools Office of the Registrar are conducted online. In-person services are suspended until further notice.

Academic Verification

The Loyola Schools Office of the Registrar provides confirmation of academic records such as graduation and enrollment details to potential employers, scholarships, schools, and other entities that need a student's enrollment verified for a particular period of time.

General Procedure for Academic Verification

To protect the confidentiality of student records, institutions seeking academic verification of our students and alumni may submit their inquiries using any of the channels listed below.

Via Email

Send a formal request to registrar.ls@ateneo.edu, along with the subject’s signed consent and valid government issued ID with signature.

Online Form

Fill-out and submit academic verification request via the Online Academic Verification Form.
