Charter change is coming: ASoG continues to push for evidence-based reforms

As the reality of a charter change in the country grows nearer than ever, the Ateneo School of Government (ASoG), through its policy research initiatives, continues to contribute to the discussion and promote evidence-based reforms.
The School’s non-resident research fellow, Atty. Michael Henry LL. Yusingco, LL.M, in his TV interviews and opinion articles, argued for the need to first review the country’s overall political framework to be able to address anomalies and key development constraints, such as political dynasties and the crisis in Muslim Mindanao.As the reality of a charter change in the country grows nearer than ever, the Ateneo School of Government (ASoG), through its policy research initiatives, continues to contribute to the discussion and promote evidence-based reforms.

Atty. Yusingco published several papers and articles on decentralization, state-building, and constitutionalism, and a book on the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro between the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
