Last June 25, 2018, the Ateneo School of Government, in partnership with Areté, launched the exhibit titled What We Talk About When We Talk About the “War on Drugs.” The exhibit was curated and designed by Mr. Karl Castro.

In the recently published issue of the Perspectives in the Arts and Humanities Asia, Castro further explains the elements of and rationale behind the exhibit Title, Timeline/Memorial, and Photo Displays, among others.

An excerpt from the article states,

“As evidenced by this whole endeavor, from the research papers to the exhibit, to the films, documentation is important. We need to record these stories, for the value of seeing our collective voices form a larger portrait of our society is immeasurable.”

The article can be accessed here.
