UNITED STATES — A former student of a high school hacked into several student accounts and posted racist photos and comments in the class announcement section. The same person allegedly interrupted two classes with a video of a person wearing a skull mask, sunglasses, a beani, and headset using racial epithets. He has been charged with one felony count of unauthorized computer access along with a felony hate crime enhancement. READ MORE

They allege that the government has configured the devices to collect data without the users’ consent.
