The Ateneo de Manila Junior High School successfully held its Onsite Pilot Academic Classes on April 26, 28, and 29, 2022. The campus welcomed 30 students (15 from Grade 9, 15 from Grade 10) to the campus on Tuesday, and 29 students (14 from Grade 7, 15 from Grade 8) on Thursday. Grade 10 students had sessions in Araling Panlipunan, Science, and Filipino, while Grade 9 boys had Science, Filipino and Art classes. Grade 8 boys had Math, PE, and CLE, while the Grade 7 learners had Music, CLE, and Filipino. In the afternoon of April 28 and 29, an additional 53 Grade 7 boys were onsite for their Christian Service and Involvement Program (CSIP) synthesis sessions.
The pilot onsite classes all utilized the Flex learning model, which allows those who are at home to join the sessions virtually. AJHS’ Flex onsite pilot sessions began on April 20 and will conclude this week with onsite varsity trainings and other activities.
The Flex sessions will generate teaching and learning insights that will allow the AJHS to further improve and enhance its plans for school year 2022-2023.
