Its goals are to stimulate and foster young people’s interest in learning mathematics, strengthen their creative thinking, and widen their international perspective. The HKIMO Final Round will be held on August 27, 2022, and is expected to attract more than a thousand participants from countries such as Australia, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
