Workshop on Patent Search and Patent Drafting (October 2022)

Do you have a brilliant idea or research output that you wish to patent? Or are you doing your thesis and wish to spot anything that is patentable? Or are you beginning your research soon and wish to work on something novel, useful and patentable?

If you are interested in learning patent searching and drafting skills for whatever reason, including lucrative earning opportunities, we would like to invite you to a FREE Workshop on Patent Search and Patent Drafting. This workshop is organized by the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO) on four (4) Tue/Fri afternoons, to be held on October 18, 21, 25 & 28, 2022, from 2:00 - 5:00 PM with the following topic outline:

• Day 1 (October 18 - Tuesday): Basics of Intellectual Property (IP) / Conducting Literature Review
• Day 2 (October 21 - Friday): Prior-Art Search / Invention Spotting
• Day 3 (October 25 - Tuesday): Patent Drafting -- Claims
• Day 4 (October 28 - Friday): Patent Drafting -- Specifications
