ASOG Senior Fellow Dr. Hartigan-Go shares insights on pandemic preparedness and vaccine hesitancy in a webinar on mass vaccination campaigns

On October 20, 2022, Ateneo School of Government (ASOG) Senior Research Fellow Dr. Kenneth Hartigan-Go shared his experiences in coordinating mass vaccination campaigns in the Philippines in a public webinar organized by the Leadership Institute for Global Health Transformation (LIGHT) at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health.
In his discussion, Dr. Hartigan-Go emphasized the importance of public trust in vaccination campaigns, sharing how distrust in the government can lead to vaccine rejection. The webinar is part of the initiative of the ALPHA Fellowship, supported by the Temasek Foundation, to delve into issues relating to pandemic response and digital health.
