Delos Santos & Ventura are novice champs of Diliman Debate Open; Ventura is Finals Best Speaker

The team of Ateneo de Manila Senior High School debaters Aki Delos Santos (11-Borja) & Pio Ventura (12-Xavier) was unanimously crowned novice grand champion of the Diliman Debate Open 2022 held on December 10-11, 2022. In addition, Pio was individually awarded as Novice Finals Best Speaker and 8th Best Novice Speaker of the tournament.
Aki & Pio battled against 140 debaters from all over the country, some of whom were college students. The competition was hosted by the UP Debate Society.
